Oyez! Oyez! Oyez! All persons having business before the Honorable, the Supreme Court of the United States, are admonished to draw near and give their attention, for the Court is now sitting.
One would hope that the United States Supreme Court, or some other Federal court would see the injustice being perpetrated by Delta and do something about it, but this has not been the case.

Despite many analysis of the problems with the Airline Deregulation Act (Duke University Law Journal), no court has yet to help flyers being stolen from by Delta. Isn't it time this ended?
Also check out one pending lawsuit against not only Delta but the United States Department of Transportation to compel it to investigate the deceptive actions of Delta and to take remedial action against Delta.
